Disney attraction abruptly stops as visitors escape vehicle
At Disney World, it’s important to know that while the primary goal is for every guest to have a magical and memorable day, they should always follow the rules and adhere to Disney’s safety guidelines.
Since Walt Disney World is privately owned, they can set their own rules and regulations and have the option of removing a guest from their property for disobeying those rules. We’ve seen this in the past when guests have broken safety rules such as drinking from decorative fountains on social media, as well as posting behind-the-scenes footage.

We have also seen guests exiting their moving vehicle in an attempt to steal a cucumber which of course did not end well and left the guest on the ground as jumping from a moving vehicle did is not allowed as it is. incredibly dangerous. Whenever a guest boards an attraction, they are told to keep their arms and legs in the vehicle at all times, as attractions are not meant to cause guests to jump while they are in motion.

In addition to telling guests, many attractions also have knee bars for added protection and safety. That being said, it seems that even when attached to an attraction, some guests thought it was okay to slip out of the attraction while it was in motion. Recently in Magic Kingdom, Splash Mountain came to a screeching halt after two guests managed to escape the attraction just before entering the laughing place.

It appears that the gentlemen and the child may have slipped out of the ride while it was in motion and exited the ride vehicle and onto the side of the ride before the final fall. As the ride has cameras placed all over the place, the cast members were able to see that someone had escaped and immediately shut down the ride to remedy the situation.
Fortunately, it appears that no one was injured in this incident; However, as we mentioned earlier, this goes against Disney World safety guidelines and should never be attempted by visitors. We don’t know what consequences, if any, the guests suffered, but a violation like this could be a cause for removal from the theme park.
The reason for the guest’s decision to remove himself and the child from the moving vehicle remains unclear. Perhaps the youngest was afraid of the big fall as he exited the attraction just before the elevator. Again, this is pure speculation. Customers should always make sure they can walk through the entire attraction seated before boarding, as you cannot exit while the ride is in motion.
