THE WOODLANDS, TX – The elements couldn’t stop the 100 or so golfers who competed in the 10th Annual Warrior Boosters Golf Tournament on Wednesday, October 27 at Woodlands Country Club – Player Course. Although slightly delayed due to heavy rains and thunderstorms that triggered tornado warnings in the area early in the day, the tournament went off without a hitch. The event, sponsored by Waste Connections Inc. and chaired by Heather Cabanas and Incentive Committee Chair Kathy Tautenhahn, sold out and raised more than $ 60,000 for improved programs.
